A restocking fee may apply for any refund or exchange if the product is not in “like new” condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange or charge a restocking fee for any item that does not meet the requirements of our return policies.​

Once an item has been shipped, a cancelled order is considered a return and the customer is responsible for any return costs. If you’d like to cancel an order that is already in transit, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit or refund. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
