IMPORTANT: BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ADDRESS. We reserve the right to verify all orders, particularly those over $500 CAD. Orders may be subject to additional verification procedures, which may delay processing.
We strive to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. All VoIP equipment is sold as new unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with full refund provided.
Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST). Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. International customers are responsible for all local taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order, merely acknowledgment of receipt.

All payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Pre-authorization holds may be placed on your payment method and will be released if the order is cancelled.

Default Insurance: All shipments include insurance up to $100 CAD
Additional Insurance: For high-value orders, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance. Contact us before ordering to arrange. Techliy.com is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless additional insurance has been purchased.
Visible shipping damage must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery and reported to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

Products that are non-functional upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for expedited replacement or full refund.
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer after the 14-day return period, unless otherwise specified.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techliy.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.
All content on Techliy.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Techliy.com or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

All VoIP equipment sold complies with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) requirements and relevant telecommunications standards.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions and regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Ontario, Canada.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada for any legal proceedings.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techliy.com regarding the subject matter herein.
