Order Processing & Shipping

To ensure the fastest processing and shipping, please use the same address for billing and shipping. Orders with mismatched billing and delivery information may be subject to additional verification, which could result in processing delays or order cancellation.

Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on product availability and the selected shipping method. Please be aware that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by high seasonal volume or courier limitations (e.g. holidays or pandemics) are outside our control.

Shipping insurance notice: By default, all shipments are insured up to $100 CAD. For high-value items, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to purchase additional insurance.
Techliy.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless additional insurance has been arranged.

Shipping charges are calculated based on item weight and dimensions. Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Shipping to the United States is available via FedEx or Canada Post (in partnership with USPS).
Please note: Brokerage and duty charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Return & Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Opened Items

Items that have been opened but remain in original condition (with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging) may be returned within 14 days, but are subject to:

  • A restocking fee of 10%–35%, depending on the product and its resale condition.

  • Return shipping paid by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items missing components, documentation, or packaging.

  • Items with damaged or defaced original packaging.

  • Products that cannot be resold as new.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Techliy. Items returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks:

  • 5–10 business days for shipping to our warehouse,

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing,

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders over $1,000 CAD that are canceled are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees (up to 3% of the total).
If you prefer, you may request the full amount as store credit instead.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • System or supplier feed issues

You will be fully refunded in such cases.
